Sport’s Day!

This morning Year 2 joined Year One to compete in Key Stage One’s Sport’s Day at the Old Edwardian’s Cricket Club!

We all had a fantastic morning taking part in all the exciting Sports Events!!!

A big well done must go to the Yellow Team & Miss Moxam as today’s overall winners with the most points!!! Well done guys!!!

Pirate Animation Now Completed!

Today within Year 2 the final 3 Kagan Groups completed their Pirate Animation Film’s!!! Check out the Videos above!!!

Well done everyone! You have all worked incredibly hard upon our Animation Project and this is visible from your finished Movies! They are excellent!

Kagan Group 2 & Their Pirate Animation!

This afternoon Kagan Group 2 in 2NB filmed their Pirate Animation! They came up with some slightly different ideas for their film! Enjoy watching their great movie!

Today Class 2NB have had their turn to begin their Animation Projects with Mr Walby! Kagan Group 1 was the first group to complete their Animation and you can view this above!

Making Comparisons Within ICT!

This morning within Year 2 we have been using the Website Wallwisher to make comparisons about the City of Birmingham where we live and that of the Isle Of Coll in Scotland.

Animation In Year 2!

Today within Year 2 we have continued making Animations via the Apple Mac Computer’s. Today we added sound and character voices to our films & as promised here are some of the Videos.

Today within Year 2 we have been creating our very own Animations using the Apple Mac Computer’s. We created several story boards based around a Pirate and Treasure theme and eventually filmed them to create a total of 6 scenes.

Tomorrow we plan to add sound to the scene’s with accompanying speech. Mr Walby will publish the finished animations onto the Blog when they are completed!
